Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Automotive Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of progressive customer service experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
Technical Requirements
  • Providing customer service.
  • Resolving customer problems and concerns.
  • Developing correspondence and communications.
  • Working with other departments and divisions.
  • Applying department policies and procedures to difficult situations.
  • PC skills; ERP (SAGE and/or SAP and/or Oracle 11i and12, Analytics), Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applications as required.
