Key Responsibilities- Offer practical guidance on organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and effective employee management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers to address human resource needs and drive business growth.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR-related tasks with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Effectively handle people-related issues, such as disciplinary actions, performance management, and absence.
As a successful candidate, you will possess:
Essential Skills and Qualifications- A proven track record in HR Generalist or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR principles, and practices.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus travel expenses.
