About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management, coordination, and delivery of evidence-based care. They will provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, including shift planning, staffing levels, and prioritizing workload.
The Clinical Lead will also demonstrate knowledge, skills, and understanding of health issues and evidence-based treatment options. They will provide primary care physical health, clinical, and operational guidance to all staff on matters relating to physical health and wellbeing within the prison setting.
