About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Nurse to join our team at the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. As a Registered Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health problems and complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within mental health clinical practice areas and possess a broad understanding of relevant policy, legislation, drivers, and their application to clinical and service areas. You will be expected to assess the needs of patients and their carers, plan interventions, and contribute to assessment and management plans to ensure the safety of patients, carers, staff, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and present complex, sensitive, and challenging clinical and professional communication processes.
- Communicate complex information to users and carers regarding personal, psycho-social problems in an empathic and supportive way.
- Demonstrate a range of clinical interventions, procedures, and practices that are evidence-based and relevant to the clinical area.
- Assess the needs of patients and their carers based on the analysis of a range of facts or situations.
- Contribute to assessment and management plans for patients with high-risk clinical needs to ensure safety.
