About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and present complex clinical and professional communication processes.
  • Communicate complex information to users and carers in an empathic and supportive way.
  • Demonstrate a range of clinical interventions, procedures, and practices that are evidence-based and relevant to the clinical area.
  • Assess the needs of patients and their carers based on the analysis of a range of facts or situations.
  • Contribute to assessment and management plans for patients with high-risk clinical needs to ensure safety.
