In this exciting Payroll Specialist - Hybrid Role, you will join our esteemed organization as a key member of the payroll team. Based in Walton-On-Thames, you will be responsible for managing an in-house payroll of circa 2000 employees.
About the Role:
This renowned organization has a significant presence in the UK and is known for its high-quality products and commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Payroll Specialist - Hybrid, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax deductions, benefits, and other deductions. You will also coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data and manage payroll queries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:
A successful candidate should have in-house payroll experience, strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws, excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail, proficiency in payroll software, and strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
A base salary ranging from £35,500 to £37,000 per annum (total package value of £40,000+), CIPP study support, free product allowance, summer hours (reduced hours), pension, and a comprehensive benefits package.
