At Centrick, we are seeking an experienced customer service coordinator to join our team in Sheffield, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warm leads and requests for viewings, coordinating with the lettings team to secure new residents.
- Register applications, conduct referencing, and verify ID and immigration documents to ensure compliance with Right-to-Rent checks.
- Negotiate move-in dates, ensure properties are up to standard, and resolve any issues before the check-in date.
- Support tenancy renewals and rent increases, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including EPC, legionnaires, gas safety, electrical safety, and smoke and monoxide detectors.
- Organize community events and activities to cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of community amenities, including the gym, common areas, and recreational facilities.
- Coordinate re-let marketing activities, listing properties on relevant portals, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers.
- Conduct re-let check-in inventories, check-out inspections, and interim property and site inspections.
- Manage post and parcel delivery strategies for residents, including digital parcel facilities.
- Maintain the property, address tenant complaints, and liaise with contractors for regular service visits and ad-hoc repairs.
