**Role Overview**
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our German-speaking customers receive unparalleled support and assistance. Based in our office, you will be the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely and personalised solutions to meet their needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and stock availability.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- To provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns to ensure a positive outcome.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong administrative skills for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour
