About the Role
As a Sales Manager at Royal Station Hotel, you will be responsible for driving and developing new and existing business across all market segments. Your key objectives will be to implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, effectively manage and network existing accounts, identify and develop new business opportunities, and promote and sell all hotels within the group.
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an event sales role, with a proven track record of meeting targets. You will need to be flexible, have a hands-on approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience of managing a team and high IT proficiency are also essential.
