Job Title: Strategic Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to lead our business growth initiatives at Job N Job.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, sales execution, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to build and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, present recruitment service offerings to clients, and offer consultative support to drive business growth.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

In terms of salary, we estimate that this role would attract a competitive compensation package of around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
