Overview: SIX Group Services Ltd. is a leading provider of financial services, seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Leader to drive growth in the equity segment.

Salary: £100,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Strategic Sales Leader, you will lead sales and business development initiatives for the equities segment of both SIX Swiss Exchange and SIX BME Exchange in London. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  2. Leading our Execution Consultancy ambition by analyzing member's usage of our services and behavior on our order books to improve their performance on our markets and maximize revenues.
  3. Working closely with Product Managers and other SIX Exchange support teams to create new products, services, and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need at least ten years of sales/business development experience, a working knowledge of exchange market models, electronic trading, industry trends, and excellent sales, interpersonal, and communication skills.
