About the Job:The Sales Business Controller will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and achieving business objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and financial controls, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is also required. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Dynamics365 is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze sales performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the design and tracking of sales incentive plans, ensuring they align with business goals and motivate high performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making across various sales initiatives, product launches, and market expansion strategies.
