Business Performance and Planning Lead

We are seeking a dynamic results-oriented business leader for this key role.The Sales Business Controller will act as the critical link between Sales and Finance teams, supporting strategic and operational objectives. The role involves providing in-depth analysis and financial insight, contributing to sales planning and forecasting, and ensuring accurate tracking of sales performance against targets.
You will have a strong understanding of both sales processes and financial controls, allowing you to make data-backed recommendations to drive performance improvement and support decision-making at all levels.
Key activities and responsibilities:- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing actionable insights.
- Sales Incentive Programs: Support the design and tracking of sales incentive plans, ensuring they align with business goals and motivate high performance.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making across various sales initiatives, product launches, and market expansion strategies.
- Build strong relationships and network with key stakeholders.
- Well-developed business sense and judgment.
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload and a flexible work and (limited) travel schedule.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics365, PowerBI and strong proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or CPA preferred, with 2 to 3 years of Sales / Business Controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting, and a high level of computer proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required for this role.
