Parking Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Parking Project Manager to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering complex Parking Services projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Directors, Heads of Service, and frontline staff, to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide guidance and challenge to project sponsors, ensuring effective project delivery and post-implementation service delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including IT, HR, communications, and finance teams, to support project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Council, Cabinet, and Scrutiny Panels.
Requirements:
  • Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Project Management Professional, Agile, or equivalent).
  • Experience of successful delivery of major change projects in local government Parking Services environment.
  • Experience of working at a senior and complex level to manage and coordinate strategic projects.
