Parking Project Manager

Service Care Solutions - Construction is seeking a skilled Parking Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformational parking services projects.
This is a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing role for approximately 12 months, offering hybrid working and a competitive day rate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering a range of complex parking services projects, including the development and implementation of relevant policies and a parking strategy for the Council.
Key Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage, and deliver complex parking services projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- To work across departments and with project sponsors to deliver agreed project outcomes and allocate resources within agreed budgets.
- To collaborate with Directors, Heads of Service, service managers, IT, HR, communications, suppliers, and finance colleagues to influence, negotiate, and persuade stakeholders to deliver parking services projects.
- To provide regular progress updates and advice to the Council, Cabinet, Scrutiny Panels, the Corporate Management Team, Departmental Management Teams, and other managers and staff across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide regular progress updates and advice.
- Ability to work within agreed budgets and timelines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
