Parking Project Manager

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Parking Project Manager to join their team in North West London.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of complex and strategically important Parking Services projects, including the development and implementation of relevant policies and a parking strategy for the Council.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and deliver Parking Services projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Work across departments and with project sponsors to deliver agreed project outcomes and allocate resources within agreed budgets.
- Collaborate with Directors, Heads of Service, service managers, and other stakeholders to influence, negotiate, and persuade to deliver projects.
- Provide progress updates and advice to the Council, Cabinet, Scrutiny Panels, and other managers and staff.
- Offer guidance and challenge to project sponsors on effective project delivery approaches and best practices.
- Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Project Management Professional, Agile, or equivalent).
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional working outside of usual hours.
- Knowledge of innovative approaches to transforming services in local government and their practical application.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to empathize with others and influence, negotiate, and persuade peers and senior stakeholders.
