Parking Project Manager

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Parking Project Manager to join their team in North West London.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of complex and strategically important Parking Services projects, including the development and implementation of relevant policies and a parking strategy for the Council.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and deliver complex Parking Services projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Work across departments and with project sponsors to deliver agreed project outcomes and allocate resources within agreed budgets.
- Provide guidance and challenge to individual project sponsors on effective project delivery approaches, as well as insight on best practice and innovative ideas for post-implementation service delivery.
- Provide progress updates and advice to the Council, Cabinet, Scrutiny Panels, and other stakeholders.
- Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Project Management Professional, Agile, or equivalent)
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs, including occasional working outside of usual hours
- Knowledge of innovative approaches to transforming services in local government and their practical application
- Highly developed inter-personal skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade peers and senior stakeholders
