Parking Correspondence Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parking Correspondence Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling appeals related to Parking Charge Notices (PCNs), managing incoming and outgoing mail, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process PCN appeals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with customers via various channels, including email, phone, and post
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence
  • Work closely with the admin manager to resolve issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the team
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and software
  • Administrative experience required, with a keen interest in technology
  • Experience with Zendesk and ZatPark is a plus
