Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with key client personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and update documents and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensure that correct equipment and materials are available to support cleaning operations.
  • Implement waste management systems in accordance with client environmental policies.
  • Report any issues that may impact the integrity of the cleaning process to the client.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of training for the Hygiene Team on health and safety, hygiene, and environmental issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • A positive and approachable manner to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • A high standard of work ethics and a passion for a varied working environment.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing client requirements.
  • A satisfactory ability in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
