We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing companionship, personal care, and practical support to our clients, helping them to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will be patient, understanding, and empathetic, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care.

The salary for this role is £12-£14.20 per hour, depending on the area, plus paid mileage. We offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, and access to our in-house app.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include:
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to our clients
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Keeping client records up to date
