Main Accountabilities
  1. Provide comprehensive HR support to various departments, including compensation and benefits, HRIS, and employee relations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  3. Develop and implement effective solutions to address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance HR processes and systems.
Desired Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with exposure to Compensation & Benefits and HRIS.
  • Proven track record of success in supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
