About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large Public Sector body in County Antrim as an Interim Project Accountant. With a salary of £43,000 - £50,000 per annum, this 6-month interim contract offers the potential to secure a permanent position and excellent career prospects.

The successful candidate will head up a small team of finance professionals responsible for manipulating and interpreting large data sets in line with specified projects. Key responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, reviewing and validating financial reporting results, analysing trends and patterns, and presenting accurate financial reports to senior management.

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Accountant with at least one year's PQE, supervisory experience, and strong IT skills including MS Excel and Power BI. The ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders and work at short notice is also essential.
