Job Description

CPL Healthcare is looking for a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Belfast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and interpreting system data, identifying trends and insights, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Intelligent Operations and Production Lines colleagues to share information and communicate effectively.

This involves authorising and controlling NI Water staff/contractors working on our assets/network, ensuring optimal service delivery for customers.

Another key responsibility is extracting data and presenting it in a way that is easily understood by stakeholders.

This includes preparing and distributing regular and ad-hoc reports, providing useful information and recommendations to managers, colleagues, and Production Lines.

The salary for this position is estimated at £28,000-£35,000 per annum, based on an hourly rate of £14.59.

A minimum of two years' experience in a customer-centric role is required.
