Data Analyst Opportunity in Co. Antrim
Exact IT Resources is working with a leading employer in Northern Ireland to find an experienced Data Analyst Specialist. As part of the company's continued growth, this role will focus on delivering projects and providing day-to-day support for existing IT Systems. You will work on project and task delivery, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing of solutions before they go live.

In this role, you will utilize the Service Desk to respond to incidents and service requests, maintaining optimal service levels. Additionally, you will support the implementation of new ICT Systems and Processes, collaborating with personnel across the business. Your responsibilities will include training and educating end-users on software or hardware applications, enabling them to maximize the use of IT systems throughout the business.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000. The benefits package includes:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A third level qualification in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in ICT Systems / Application Support
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems, their component modules, and how they work together.
  • Good understanding of computer systems (hardware/software) and Cloud Platforms and Services.
