Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Qualified Accountant to join a leading business with a great culture. As a senior member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly Management Accounts, controlling working capital, and providing decision support to improve departmental performance. You will also have the opportunity to develop and report financial KPIs, mentor junior team members, and contribute to audit ownership. If you are ambitious, focussed, and have experience in an industry-based role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Preparing monthly Management Accounts
Controlling working capital, including debtors, stock, and creditors
Controlling fixed assets
Budgeting, forecasting, and planning
Supporting departmental performance improvement
Developing and reporting financial KPIs
Providing ad hoc support, including investment analysis
Ensuring compliance with taxation and VAT regulations
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Forecasting cashflows
Participating in audits and mentoring junior team members


Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Industry-based experience, preferably in a fast-paced and growing business
  • Experience working with a leading ERP system
  • Strong excel skills and attention to detail

Salary and Benefits
