The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This challenging yet rewarding role offers a range of responsibilities, including:

  1. Developing and implementing site people plans to enhance business performance.
  2. Managing employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  3. Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, development, and reward.
  4. Leading HR projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints.
  5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement operational change management projects.
  6. Ensuring robust contract management processes are in place, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  7. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  8. Contributing to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practice.
  9. Supporting recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Significant experience in generalist HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Certification in HR (CIPD Level 5) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a customer-focused environment.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Knowledge of UK employment legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
