As an experienced HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing professional and efficient support for all human resources matters at Position 1 Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full HR support and advice across the business, including employee relations, absence management, recruitment, performance management, employment law, disciplinary matters, and daily operations. This will involve managing the Cascade HR platform, preparing monthly HR dashboard reports, and maintaining accurate employee records.

A solid understanding of employment legislation and prior experience in HR advisory or human resource roles are essential for this position. The ideal candidate must possess a CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification and excellent IT skills.

This is a part-time, permanent position with a salary range of £15 - £16 per hour and benefits including 23 days annual leave, a company pension scheme, life insurance, free on-site parking, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
