About the Role

Position 1 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their client's manufacturing site in Suffolk.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and advice across the business, ensuring internal processes and legal requirements are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Provide HR support and advice on employee relations, absence management, recruitment, performance management, employment law, disciplinary matters, and daily operations.">
  3. Prepare and deliver monthly HR dashboard reports, highlighting trends and key issues.">
  4. Manage the Cascade HR platform, ensuring employee records are accurate and current.">
  5. Update the Employee Handbook, ensuring HR policies and processes meet business needs and comply with employment law.">
  6. Lead the Performance Management program.">
  7. Support the recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to conducting interviews and selecting candidates for onboarding.">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of employment legislation and prior experience in HR advisory or human resource roles.

">

A CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification and excellent IT skills are required.

">

This is a part-time, permanent position, working 24 hours per week (flexible hours and days).

">
