We are looking for a highly motivated Fashion Team Lead to join our British Heart Foundation team in Kendal. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
- Leading a team of sales assistants and providing coaching and development opportunities
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £43,000 - £49,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of employee benefits.
