Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives, developing a high-performing team culture, and ensuring excellent customer experience. This includes:

  • Sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Staff development and training
  • Store operations and visual merchandising
