In-Store Team Lead

We are looking for an exceptional In-Store Team Lead - Sales and Service to join our team at Marks and Spencer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the in-store team, driving sales, commerciality, and service standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
You will work closely with colleagues across various departments to achieve our business objectives and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
