Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Team Manager to join our successful Card Factory family and contribute to our mission of celebrating customers' life moments.

As a Senior Team Manager, you will play a key part in driving the success of our stores by supporting the Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that prioritizes customer experience and operational excellence.
  • Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure that great standards and exceptional service are delivered every day.
  • Review store performance data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
