Team Leader Role

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our organisation, providing support and education to young children between the ages of 6 to 12 years old who have come from traumatic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver a 24-hour programme focused on providing support and education to young children.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and education provided to our service users.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a team leadership role.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £30,296-£32,076 (includes sleep-in and additional responsibility) + Benefits

Hours: 39 hours per week (shifts)
