Compassionate Home Care Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Care Team Leader in Dronfield.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants, delivering high-quality care to our residents on a permanent contract basis. The hourly salary for this role is £60 per hour.
- Working hours: 36-48 hours per week
- Shifts: Nights (8pm - 8am)
- A kind and caring person with a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Previous experience in administering medication is essential
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required
- Lead a team of care assistants, promoting a culture of excellence and respect
- Ensure the safe management of medication and implementation of care plans
- Contribute to the development of new care initiatives and best practices
