Care Support Worker

Salary: The hourly rate for this position is £14.00-£16.00 per hour, with the potential for contracted hours to provide a guaranteed minimum earnings.
About the Role:
We are looking for individuals who possess high personal values, a professional approach, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organisation. As a community carer, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks such as washing, showering, and medication management.
You will also be required to help our clients meet their desired outcomes from our services, which may involve supporting them with cooking, serving meals, and other domestic tasks. In addition, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of your visits using our digital care planning system.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license
