Job DescriptionThe role of a Care Assistant at Premier Community involves:
- Making regular visits to clients in their own homes to provide personal care and support
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and cooking
- Helping clients to manage their medications and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting clients with their day-to-day activities, such as mobility and household chores
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Full UK Driver's License
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and customer service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
