Job Summary
We are looking for a Personal Care and Assistance Professional to work in our nursing home. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Main Duties:
  • 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as dressing, undressing, and using the bathroom
  • Help residents with mobility issues and provide support with the use of aids and equipment
  • Encourage mental and physical activity through social interaction, outings, and participation in hobbies
  • Make and change beds, tidy rooms, and assist with laundry
  • Collect soiled linen and deliver it to the laundry

Essential Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in a care setting (required)
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • English language proficiency (required)

Additional Information:
  • Up to £12.00 per hour
  • Driving licence (preferred)
