Customer Experience Champion

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Hungry Horse. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit our pub.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be responsible for working closely with the General Manager and other members of the management team to develop and implement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will conduct regular customer feedback sessions, analyze data and trends, and develop strategies to address any issues or concerns raised. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing the skills of our team members to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers. You will be great with people, and as a result, have great communication and leadership skills. You will also need to be able to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift. Additionally, you will have a keen eye for every small detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do.
