About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor- Hourly Experience Leader to join our team at Stampa Mayfair. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by Example: Demonstrate punctuality, cleanliness, and knowledge to set a positive tone for the team.
  2. Provide Exceptional Guest Experiences: Build warm and genuine relationships with all our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Adaptability and Communication: Respond positively to changing business needs, communicate effectively with the team and customers, and address any issues promptly with management.
  4. Support Colleagues: Assist your colleagues where needed, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
  5. Maintain Standards: Ensure food safety and health & safety standards are met, maintaining a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
  6. Daily Briefings: Lead daily briefings with confidence, ensuring the team is informed and prepared for the day ahead.
  7. Product Knowledge: Have an excellent knowledge of our product offering, including our coffee, pasta, and Pinsa Romana.
  8. Coffee Station Management: Ensure the coffee station is properly refilled with milk, coffee beans, and takeaway stock, and that the coffee machine is set and ready for service.
  9. System Checks: Ensure all systems are working properly before opening the door to guests, minimizing delays and ensuring a smooth service.
