Supporting Young People with Special Needs

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a SEND school. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with complex needs.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work one-to-one with a student to help them achieve their full potential. Your goal will be to provide the necessary support for the student to become successful and confident.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working with students with severe learning difficulties
- Excellent classroom management skills
- An NVQ Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification
- A Child and Adult DBS certificate
Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum
