**Job Summary:** Life Practitioner/Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a Life Practitioner/Support Worker to join our team at Kisimul Group Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young adults with complex needs.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the staff team to safeguard our young adults at all times, participating in recreational activities, and assisting with practical tasks related to care. You will also create positive relationships with the young adults, maintain dignity and respect at all times, and meet their physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be willing to complete one. You should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, computer literacy, and a strong team player attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the staff team to safeguard our young adults at all times.
- Participating in recreational activities.
- Assisting with practical tasks related to care.
- Creating positive relationships with the young adults.
- Maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
- Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs of the young adults.
