As a Senior Night Life Practitioner, you will play a vital role in advocating and providing person-centred care to our residents, supporting staff to perform their duties effectively, and contributing to the planning and implementation of innovative recreational events.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Night Life Practitioner. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to work closely with our Registered Manager, advocating for and providing person-centred care to our residents. Your expertise in care planning, nutrition, and hygiene will be invaluable in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of support.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care">
  • Experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally those with disabilities, autism, and complex needs">
  • Competent written and oral communication skills, including computer literacy">
