Job Description

We are looking for a Resident Support Specialist to join our team at one of our luxury care homes. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive a high level of service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home, including carrying out cleaning duties and performing laundry tasks. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all areas of the home are well presented and maintained.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You should also have knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and experience of working in a care setting.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
