Care Support Professional

The role of a Resident Care Assistant is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to ensure that each resident receives the best possible experience.
As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with colleagues to deliver person-centred care plans, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each resident. You'll assist with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and help create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes independence and dignity.
Main Responsibilities- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Help create a stimulating environment that encourages social interaction and engagement.
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for delivering excellent care and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. If you have previous experience of caring for older people and are confident in your ability to build strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, based on 20 hours per week.
