About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our team of support professionals in providing exceptional care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading a team of support professionals, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with the senior management team to drive growth and development within the team.

Your Qualifications & Experience

You will have a Diploma or Degree in Social Care or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in care management and leadership.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care.

Your creative approach will bring new ideas and initiatives to the role, driving growth and development within the team.
