**Salary and Benefits**We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, along with an extensive training package, pension scheme, life assurance, and genuine career development opportunities.
**Job Description**As an Autism Support Specialist, you will be responsible for advocating and providing person-centred care to our residents. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the best possible care and support is delivered.
You will design, implement, deliver, and contribute to innovative and exciting recreational events within the home and wider community. This will involve regular outings and trips, as well as extended visits and holidays.
You will also contribute positively to care planning and participate supportively in reviews, demonstrating a sound knowledge regarding nutrition and hygiene.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**We are looking for someone with a Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care, experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally those with disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Competent written and oral communication skills, including computer literacy, are essential for this role.
