We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team at Kisimul Group Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young adults with complex needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our young adults, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. You will work closely with the staff team to safeguard our young adults at all times and participate in various recreational activities.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be willing to complete one. You should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, computer literacy, and a strong team player attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting young adults with complex needs.
  • Participating in recreational activities.
  • Providing practical assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes to the needs of our young adults.
  • Contributing to the development of the team.
