Rehabilitation Care Worker

About the Role: We are seeking a Rehabilitation Care Worker to join our team at Epson and Stelier University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Rehabilitation Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and maintain their independence.
Job Description: Your duties will include conducting daily living activities, assisting with personal care, and promoting mobility and independence. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess basic computer skills. You must also have a full UK driving license and relevant knowledge and experience in a related field.
