Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join their Community Integrated Service. This role involves working closely with Registered Nurses to provide holistic nursing care and support to patients, their families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and participate in specialist care, including wound care, Doppler testing, phlebotomy, and bladder screening under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
  • Undertake diagnostic tests on request from District Nurses, Community Matrons, or GPs for chronic disease monitoring programs.
  • Implement clinical interventions as delegated by senior team members.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and experience in healthcare or social care. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,329 to £26,958 per annum (pro rata) plus fringe benefits.
