About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to support neuro-rehabilitation efforts in the Surrey Downs area. As a Rehabilitation Support Specialist, you will work closely with therapists and multidisciplinary teams to implement therapy programs, assess patients, and monitor progress. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a flexible approach to work. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate professionalism in appearance and behavior, possess good problem-solving skills, and be computer literate.

Responsibilities

* Implement therapy programs devised by lead therapists
* Manage patient caseloads, assessing and treating patients, and monitoring their progress
* Assist in patient assessments, gathering relevant information, and adapting treatment plans under therapist guidance
